Access & parking
Warning! Be prepared to access the most complicated parking in the city of Strasbourg!
To access our car park, add the following address to your GPS: 19 rue du Faubourg National – 67000 Strasbourg.
You will have to drive on the tram tracks and on the sidewalk, otherwise you will not be able to access the parking lot!
Booking is mandatory before arrival
From the A35 motorway, take the “Porte Blanche” exit, turn left onto Boulevard de Nancy, then continue straight ahead until you reach the “Le Prince” pizzeria right on the corner of the street.
Then turn right, Rue du FAUBOURG NATIONAL, go straight on to the intersection where the tram line passes. You will see the store “STOCK AFFAIRES” just opposite you on the corner, and a sign “sens interdit sauf riverain” (no entry except residents).
You can take this road, proceeding slowly alongside the promenade, then go straight until you see BASIC FIT, after which you will see a large white gateway marked PARKING GARE.
Booking essential before arrival
You need to call the hotel on +33 (0)3 88 32 14 54 for the gate to be opened, and tell us your parking place when you check in.
Please park in one of the following spaces:
-2nd level underground : in the name of Pax Hotel : 06-07-08-09-10
Spaces : 12-13-14-15-16-17.

1.80 m. If your vehicle exceeds this height, contact us before arrival — we'll help you find a nearby alternative.
From the A35, take the Porte Blanche exit. Head straight along Boulevard de Nancy until you reach Le Prince pizzeria, then turn right onto Rue du Faubourg National. Enter from the promenade side — you'll see the large white "Parking Gare" gate just after Basic Fit. Yes, you'll be driving over tram tracks. That's the entrance.
The tram (lines B and F, Faubourg National stop) is 200 m from the hotel. Strasbourg is also very cycle-friendly — we have a secure bike storage area.

Your spaces are reserved under the name "Pax Hotel": level -2 (spaces 06, 09, 10) or level 1 (spaces 12 to 17). Your space number will be confirmed at reception during check-in.
